- Gifts and Entertainment The initiative expects employees to carefully handle any Gifts and Entertainment due to the risks of Bribery and Corruption, as well as potential conflict of interest. Any gift that creates the impression of the existence of an irregularity, may cause a dependency relationship or may be perceived as such, other than materials given in accordance with commercial traditions, customs and customs or in the nature of souvenirs / promotions, should not be accepted and offered.

- Conflict of Interest Our employees use their duties and powers in the institution in order to provide personal and private interests in any way for themselves, their families or 3. they cannot use it for the benefit of people.

 In this context; All kinds of information of the company, as well as personal information of employees and information belonging to customers and business partners are kept confidential. 

Employees may not disclose confidential and non-public information about the company, and may not use it for the benefit of themselves and others. 

Attention is paid to the limitations related to copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent. 

Information about the company's customers is kept confidential within the scope of personal data protection. 

It is definitely not given to third parties except by written order of the competent authorities.
